Alwar police are investigating a rape charge against a 19-year-old man already arrested in Delhi’s Kailash Hills for rape and murder of an IRS officer’s daughter. Investigators say the suspect is a serial offender and that, hours before the Delhi crime, he played online Ludo with the husband of another woman he allegedly raped in Alwar. Rajasthan Police have formed a special team to probe the case.
