In Delhi’s Kailash Hills, a 19-year-old former domestic help is accused of raping and murdering the daughter of a senior Indian Revenue Officer. Police say he entered using a spare key, attacked the victim during a rooftop study, and stole cash and jewelry before fleeing. The victim was preparing for civil services exams.
