Pearson has launched PTE Core, a new English proficiency test approved by Canada’s Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). Designed for vocational needs, it can be used to demonstrate English ability for PR or citizenship applications. The test evaluates speaking, listening, reading and writing, with bookings opening February 12.
