Addressing the University of the West Indies in Kingston during his Caribbean visit, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said the international system is entering “extraordinary times.” He pointed to conflicts, economic disruptions and rapid technological change, and called for stronger Global South unity, reformed multilateralism and a move toward a more multipolar world.
