Delhi’s Municipal Corporation has launched the SWAGAM portal to regularise properties in 1,521 unauthorised colonies. Residents can apply online, while help desks and a team of 700+ professionals provide on-ground support. Regularisation certificates are expected within 45 days, and notably, the process does not require physical verification.
