Rajasthan’s education department has started the process to fill 6,146 lecturer vacancies, including 773 science-specific positions. The move is aimed at aligning senior secondary science streams with NITI Aayog guidelines. Vacancies are being handled as per recruitment norms, with approvals for additional streams and further hiring proceeding after commission and promotion-related steps.
