Brookfield India Real Estate Trust has launched a Qualified Institutional Placement to raise Rs 2,600 crore, backed by investors including IFC, Whiteoak Capital, HDFC Life Insurance, Axis Max Life Insurance, and PPFAS Mutual Fund. Coforge has officially completed its acquisition of Silicon Valley AI firm Encora for an enterprise value of $2.5 billion.
