Uttar Pradesh ATS has arrested two operatives in Noida, alleging links to Pakistan-based gangsters and ISI handlers. Police say the accused, in contact with gangster Shahzad Bhatti, were assigned to spread extremist propaganda, conduct reconnaissance on potential targets, and help plan attacks, thwarting a major terror conspiracy aimed at destabilising peace and security in India.
