Indian Railways has allowed PwDs with valid UDID cards to travel in unreserved Divyangjan coaches on mail and express trains. The move treats UDID card holders as bona fide passengers in designated compartments. The railways also warned that unauthorized travelers will face strict action, aiming to ensure the facility reaches intended passengers.
