JNU adds 5 percent quota for staff children from 2026-27 academic session

New extra seats will not disturb the seat matrix

Jawaharlal Nehru University will introduce a five per cent supernumerary quota for children of its teaching and non-teaching staff. The quota will apply across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes from the next academic session starting in 2026-27.
